BIOGRAPHY: Since 1983, Dr. Liceaga has lived and learned the art of medicine. He has gained experience in what it takes to provide the patient with the best possible medical care. His accomplishments include graduating from the prestigious Rush Medical College in Chicago, the completion of a Residency in Anesthesiology and a Fellowship Pain Management care. After achieving Board Certification in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management, he has worked to grow his very successful practices in Los Angeles, Orange and Fresno Counties. He is founder of the Regional Pain Treatment Medical Center, a full service Interventional Pain Management Practice that includes Pain Management, Chiropractic, Pain Psychology and Acupuncture. He subsequently founded and is the Medical Director of Orangewood Surgical Center in Orange County CA and Alliance Surgery Center in Los Angeles County CA.

A board-certified and Pain Management Specialist, Dr. Petraglia has three office locations, specializing in the latest and most innovative Pain Management techniques. He completed his medical school and residency respectively, at the world-renowned State University of NY at Downstate and The New York Hospital Columbia-Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Petraglia is a State Certified Qualified Evaluator for the Division of Workers Compensation. He practices various hospitals and surgery centers throughout California.

Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia. He graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Johnson is associated with the Regional Pain Treatment Medical center and maintains a private practice in Whittier. Dr. Johnson practices full time as Director of Chiropractics at the Regional Pain Treatment Medical Center, a private multi-disciplinary, state of the art pain management facility in Whittier, California. He is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and maintains privileges at Orangewood Surgical Center and Alliance Surgery Center.

Angela Davidson, DC, QME, is a 2001 magna cum laude alumnus of the prestigious Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, now known as Southern California University of Health Sciences. She continues as clinical, pre-clinical and post-graduate faculty in the departments of Clinical Instruction, Diagnosis, Chiropractic Principles and Practices, and the School of Professional Studies. She previously served as adjunct faculty and visiting scholar of the Kansai Chiropractic School (Kurashiki, Japan) in conjunction with Murdoch University (Perth, Western Australia). Dr. Davidson practices full time as Director of Rehabilitation at the Regional Pain Treatment Medical Center, a private multi-disciplinary, state of the art pain management facility in Whittier, California. She is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia and maintains privileges at Alliance Surgery Center.

Dr. Fishwick has been providing psychological therapy to the clients of the Regional Pain Treatment Centers for the past four years. She brings to the practice an extensive history of work in the field of chronic pain that encompasses employment with nationally recognized physical medicine and rehabilitation centers including Detroit Rehabilitation Hospital in Detroit, MI and Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation in Pomona, CA. While at Casa Colina Dr Fishwick was the co-coordinator for the in-patient chronic pain detoxification unit as well as the out-patient chronic pain program. She was conferred a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Southern California and is licensed by the state of California. Dr Fishwick is a certified Sexual Counselor through the American Association of Sex Therapists, Counselors and Educators. She has received training in Human Sexuality through the Universities of California at San Francisco and Los Angeles. Dr Fishwick is a member of the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Moshe Wilker, M.D. is a highly trained Orthopedic Physician and Spine Surgeon. He graduated with honors from University of Miami and earned his medical degree from State University of New York at Brooklyn. Following an orthopedic surgery residency at Downstate in New York City, he moved to California to complete an intensive spine surgery fellowship with the Spine Group Beverly Hills. He is expert in spine disorders such as sciatica, disc disease, stenosis, radiculopathy, spinal deformity, back and neck pain, and trauma of the spine. Dr. Wilker uses minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques and motion preserving technologies whenever possible to help cure these ailments.

Tina Marie is a seasoned businesswoman who has successfully operated several start-up companies over the last 20 years; her experience in healthcare sales and marketing spans over 20 years. Currently, she manages a marketing and business development company, 2 Your Health, LLC, which specializes in assisting wellness, age management, pain management, weight management, and anti-aging healthcare professionals to improve their medical marketing strategies.
